PREMIER League side AFC Bournemouth may have had a slow start to their season and have yet to take a point after their first three matches but that has not deterred Gibraltar-based online gaming company Mansion signing up to become the club’s first ever shirt-sleeve sponsor.
The deal sees the gaming company’s logo on the left arm of the club’s home strip and their third playing strip. Bournemouth’s away strip will carry the logo of Casino.com, another of Mansion’s brands.
The relationship between Mansion and the football club nicknamed the Cherries is not new as Mansion were the main shirt sponsors for the previous two Premier League seasons before being replaced by Asian bookmaker M88.com, which signed a club record two-year partnership during the close season.
“I am delighted to further expand our partnership with Mansion,” said Neill Blake, Bournemouth’s chief executive.
“The club is growing quickly and now has a huge reach, being in our third season in the Premier League.
“Mansion can capitalise on that, as well as supporting the club to raise our profile in territories such as Asia. Therefore, it is a deal which is very beneficial for both parties and I look forward to continuing to work with Mansion.”
